I have done it all, trainers, apps, classes, you name it. For years! This gym and Mary, one of their trainers is THE WAY TO GO. I had been doing so many things incorrectly/poor form/wrong weight. She offers many options for pricing and works with you on food & physical activity!
Would definitely like to commend the staff at Underdog Fitness! Show out to TJ Pittman for providing not only an excellent workout but created a great atmosphere. I was only visiting for a say and he suggested I come by the gym.
He showed up early to make sure the facilities and equipment were ready and stayed after to clean. He made everyone win the class feel welcome!

Chad takes the time to work with me based on my capabilities. Every workout is tailored specifically to my needs and goals and he takes into account my limitations to prevent me from injuries. He pushes me out of my comfort zone to try workouts I wouldn’t do on my own, yet ensures my safety with regards to my physical limitations. He remains flexible with my schedule around work and family so that I can stay consistent even when things get busy. I’m proud to see his gym growing and to be part of the community it serves.

Best trainer in the Bossier City Area. Chad is superb at finding your weaknesses and hammering them out. Completely changed my life for the better and I would recommend him to any and everybody.
